90-day satisfaction guarantee. If your bands aren't right for you, return them within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund you. The item does need to come back to us. Email info@two8.shop with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

One-year performance guarantee. If your bands fail under normal training use within a year of delivery, we replace them. This is a replacement of the product — the refund window is 90 days.
